Once you’ve found the one, we will research and recommend an offering price based on the values of comparable home sales recently sold in the area. We'll then present your offer to the seller and/or their listing agent, fully explaining its merits.

The Offer is Accepted

When the seller accepts your terms and price of your offer, you'll want to make sure that every detail is handled accurately and in a timely manner. Our buyers' agent will guide you through every step of the process to make sure that your home closes on time. Avoiding issues and negotiating on your behalf are some of the key reasons for selecting our buyers' agent.

The Home Inspection

If the sellers have not provided a recent home inspection report, it is recommended you employ a qualified home inspector. We will offer several reputable inspectors to you who will make sure everything in the home is in good working order. If any items are noted to be in need of repair, you may choose to negotiate with the seller to make reasonable repairs.

The Home Stretch - Signing the Loan Documents

Now you're in the “home” stretch of the home buying process. Once you have the lender’s final commitment and a date is set to sign the final papers, these are the final steps to take you to home ownership! One of the last items will be to schedule and conduct the final walk through to insure the property is in the same condition as when you tendered your offer.


With closing behind you, the home is finally yours! After the deed is recorded, you can pick up the keys and move into your new home!
